I want to buy a two-wheeler bike. The bike should have a good suspension and mileage. I dont want to buy scooters, so just suggest me bikes with soft suspension, good mileage and good looks. My budget is Rs 100000. Are there any bikes in India which run on diesel? If yes then please give me list of some diesel bikes which are or which will be available in the Indian market very soon.

If you are looking for a bike which have 60km/l plus mileage then I can suggest few bikes which gives you conmfort ride.
Bajaj Pulsar 135LS - Pulsar 135 Light Sport is the lowest model in Pulsar family but having great features. As you know, the suspension is great and the mileage is around 65kmpl. The bike looks great with aggressive styling and also awesome to ride. It give you super comfort whether you're travelling long drive or short.
The Gear system is so smooth and you can switch it smartly. The bike comes in two different colours Red and Black, my choice is Black which give you stunning look in dark. The price range is around 60,000. It was the first Pulsar motorcycle which have four valve head. One thing is sure, it has the best performance & mileage combination in it's class. Do a test drive on it and check you're satisfied or not.

You can look the customers review on various sites and check what they are saying.
There are other bikes like Bajaj Discover series which can give you comfort with great mileage.

Apart from Bajaj Pulsar you can also go for Honda Unicorn or Honda Shine. Both the bikes are successful because of its smooth engine performance and milage. The Unicorn is the high end model and Shine is an average in Honda two wheeler. Look wise both the bikes are good but don't have stylish body like sports bike. It is just like normal bike but with more muscular. There are many variants in Bajaj Pulsar, few looks like sports bike and you can get them under 1 lakh. I prefer Pulsar 200ns yellow color model which cost Rs.87,500. If you don't want to fall in Pulsar net then you can check for KTM Duke 200, Yamaha R15 or Honda CBR150R. They cost you over Rs.1 lakh but they look like a real sports bike.

Hello,

The budget constraint is not the only deciding factor here. If you are looking for more power and expecting to use the full range of your budget, there are some really good options. I am listing down three of them according to different usage.

1) Hero Impulse: This bike is an on-off road bike. The high range of suspension travel (both the front telescopic and rear monoshock) help in overcoming difficult terrain. The upright seating position is good and won't stress out the back or the wrist of the rider. Price is around Rs. 68800 (ex-showroom Delhi)

2) Bajaj Avenger: This is a cruiser. This featured bike gives a feel of very comfortable seats and riding position. It is great for long tours. Handling may become a slight problem for bumper to bumper city rides, but not much. This type of bike has the maximum pillion comfort. Price is around Rs. 77600 (ex-showroom Delhi)

3) Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS: This is a street bike. This bike is pure power and the only liquid cooled bike in under Rs. 100000. The riding position is a mixture of commuter upright and sporty slouching, thus making it suitable for city commuting as well as racy highway rides. Price is around Rs. 85630 (ex-showroom Delhi)

The three bikes given above are the best in their segment for the given budget. Hope this answer helps, and happy riding!
