From where can I get free clip-arts?

I am a blogger and using pictures to explain a lot. I normally wonder how people come up with good logo, image or chart with great innovation in it. I want to get such free clip arts if available across the web. Please let me know the software or any other resources about this matter.

Also tell me what are the creative commons website so, that use of these clip arts do not violate any copy right laws.

You can use clip art from In this site they officially said that we can use the clip art. Still if you are not satisfied you can contact for using the clip art from the website. This website was bookmarked in Mozilla Firefox installed in Fedora OS. If you are not satisfied with the images in this site you can go get your image from any of the following website.

All this website are public domain content, it means you can use the images without asking any permission to the user posted the image. Also don't forget to chekc the attribution under creative common license. The attribution shows whether you can share, monetize or reuse. It is just like traffic signs which shows use or don't use things.

Clker - This website has a rich collection of vector clip art, which are all royalty free and is available in the public domain. The Clip arts can be downloaded in PNG (low, med, hi), SVG, or even ODG formats.
