Unable to cast object of type ‘System.Boolean’ to type ‘System.String’. How to solve this problem?

Whenever I start my laptop which operates on Windows 7 Ultimate, the first message I get on my desktop screen is "Unable to cast object of type System.Boolean to type System.String." Msconfig does not reveal any error. Booting after removing all start-up programmes also did not solve the problem. Can someone explain me why I get this message and how to solve this problem. Is this a very serious error and what is the effect of this message?

Yes. You can easily remove this error. You can search the same file name in your system, wich is mentioned in the error message. As per my knowledge you will find this name in your windows profile directory that is c:\users\user name\app data\local\
You can delete the entire folder which contains the file name, that is showing in the error message.
After deleting the found folder from user profile, immediately restart the system. Issue will resolve after system restart.
Note: you need to log on with administrator account for performing this activity.
