Nowadays almost all the tabs are manufactured with SIM. So getting a tab having SIM and call features is not an issue at all. When you talk about the big brand like Samsung I guess Samsung does not have any tab under 10K, Yes Samsung is the big name in smartphone and tablet market, and you can definitely expect good quality features and performance from Samsung Tab. I have seen many tabs and tab with SIM features under 10K of local brands. To be personal I would recommend you to buy Samsung Tab2 P3100, I am using the device from last 6 months and this is thee best and cheap tab among all. It cost me 16K 6 months ago.

By the way, Here is the list of tablet supporting SIM :-
    1. iBall Slide 3G 7271 Tablet (WiFi, 3G, Voice Calling) Price - 7,275/-
    2. HCL ME Connect V3 Tablet (WiFi, Voice Calling) Price - 7,499/-
    3. Lenovo Yoga 8 Tablet (WiFi, 3G, Voice Calling, 16GB) Price - 19,850/-
    4. Micromax Funbook Pro P560 Tablet (WiFi, 3G, Voice Calling) Price - 6,999/-
    5. Micromax Canvas Tab P650 Tablet (WiFi, 3G, Voice Calling) Price - 12,299/-

When there is talk about cheap tab with voice feature. You have not to worry about it You can get cheap tablets from many less-popular brands. In cheap tablets with voice calling feature my priority will be Videocon VT85C and Swipe Halo Plus
    Videocon VT85C
    1. Android 4.2.2.
    2. 7-inch screen with 1024 x 600 resolution
    3. 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor with 1 GB RAM.
    4. 5-MP Rear Camera and VGA Front Camera.

    Swipe Halo Plus
    1. Android 4.1.
    2. 1.2GHz Cortex A9 dual-core processor with 1 GB RAM.
    3. 2-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front camera.
    4. 7-inch WVGA screen.

Videocon VT85C vs. Swipe Halo Plus

According to me these tablets are best Cheap sim supportable tablets. Videocon VT85C is quick responsive tablet better processor and Sufficient for gaming or multi-tasking. It comes with a 7-inch screen Crystal Clear which gives you better experience in Watching Movies or Playing Games. It is perfect tablet in cheap price. On the other hand we have Swipe Halo Plus tablet which also runs on same processor as Videocon Tablet but it lacks behind in field of Camera and Screen. Camera of Swipe Halo is only of 2-Megapixel whereas camera of Videocon VT85C is of 5-Megapixel.
