We cannot say which the best internet data card is. Every company will say that their product is the best. Almost all the companies give similar service due to the competition among them. I'm giving some details for buying Reliance Broadband Data Card.
You can buy a Reliance Net connect Plus which is a USB device that you can plug into your desktop or laptop. This is also known as Reliance Broadband Data Card which has a download speed of 3.1 Mbps. The upload speed of the connection is 1.8 Mbps. Even when you go out of Bangalore the connection serves 500+ cities across India. There is a free national roaming. The cheap broadband connection from Reliance starts at Rs.250 per month. The payment options are quite flexible. You can pay even online. Your usage status can be seen online without any fees. In case of troubleshooting, the service and support is available all over India. There is no installation CD required since it is a plug n play device. The connection is compatible with Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 7 and MAC. There is free delivery by the direct sales associates of Reliance anywhere inside Bangalore city within two hours. As per DOT rules, the activation is done within 24 hours. The payment can be cash on delivery or it can be paid online by credit or debit card.
In case you are interested in high speed internet connection with Wi-Fi technology, then you can go for one of the options which suits you best from Huawei India.
The first option gives the data card with Wi-Fi 5 at a high speed of 21.6 Mbps. The signal is 20% better with T3i technology. It is good connection for small office and home users and works with any USB external power adapter. The cost is Rs.3150.

I think Tata Photon+ will work in main cities of Bangalore. If you satisfied with Tata Photon+, their is no need to change this data card. Also, Reliance is another best data card provider in India.

Tata Photon+ is 2G service and it will work in Bangalore of course based on your staying location signal/connectivity - since Photon+ is CDMA thus no issue and you can continue it - Tata Photon+ is better than Tata Docomo 3G which is GSM and bad signal connectivity in some areas in Bangalore.
If you would like to go for the best data card connectivity plan, you may then buy MTS data card with unlimited plan (CDMA) of 2G which will help you in Bangalore and other villages or remote area for 2G speed - at present this is the best compare to other data card regardless any other brands. Still 3G connectivity is not good at all in India, they just say 3G speed but you won't get it per their states...and don't be shocked later following service provider statement.
