It is the problem with some of the extension in your chrome. Try to disable the extension one by one to sort out which extension is the culprit. Once you find the extension which is causing the problem for you, remove it from the Chrome. It's so simple.

I have recently came to know about few page errors and one of them is as above stated for New Tab error. In case if you receive and new tab error then you would have installed any software recently which could make any issue on your browser or possible for any change on system browser thus you have to identify it first. To remove such error, you need to go to Chrome browser setting where you can find the option to remove the new tab option.

    Go to Chrome Setting
Click on 'Extension' option at the left side
Now you will be able to see the error page option, just remove it.
In case if it appears again and again after the deletion, you may remove the same file name from 'Add/Remove' option at 'Control Panel'. That's it.
