Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus is an improvement upon Micromax A110 Canvas 2. To find how the one is different from the other, we must compare the specifications of both the smartphones with regard to their hardware and software:
Design, SIM, dimensions, weight and colour: There is hardly any difference between the design, dimensions, weight and colour of the two smartphones. Both are dual SIM phones.
Display:Both the smartphones have the same display size of 5.0 inches. Both have same display type IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen. The screen resolution is also the same 480 x 854 pixels. There is no change even in the pixel density of 196 ppi in both the phones.
CPU, chipset and GPU:The major difference between the two smartphones is in the processing power. Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus is powered by a 1.2 quad core processor Cortex A-7 with MediaTek MT6589 chipset. On the other hand, Micromax A110 Canvas 2 is powered by a 1.0 GHz dual core Cortex A9 processor supported by MediaTek MT6577 chipset. As regards graphics processor, A110Q comes with PowerVR Series5XT GPU and A110 is supplied with PowerVR SGX531 GPU.
