I bought a Micromax Canvas HD A116 1 month back. Recently, while roaming I noticed that, even though the signal strength is strong, I am not able to make or receive any calls. When I restart the phone, everything works fine. This is happening even now when I travel from one location to another location.
I have not yet contacted Micromax for this. I have not tried factory reset option as well. I am not sure whether it is related to Android (Jelly Bean) or Micromax.
Your suggestion to fix this problem is more valuable before I take any step.
